Baby Surprise Sweater

This first picture is the Baby Surprise Sweater when you are finished knitting it in ONE piece. It is a pretty fun knit and just what I love --- garter stitch!
I've made a few of these and I still almost can't believe that it will fold into the sweater! All I have to do now is sew two small seams across the sholders and sleeve tops. Elizabeth Zimmerman "unvented" this years ago. While I'm supposed to be home off my feet for a few days I think I'll make another one. Someday I'm going to make an adult one for me!

This is ADORABLE! I love it!!!! I have never seen that pattern before, and it really looks like a fun one to make!

I cannot believe how much you can accomplish! WOW! You must be a knitting MACHINE!!!! Of course, you are not interrupted by two kids constantly complaining that they are HUNGRY! hehehe But, the dog must be fed!!!

Hope you are much better!

This pattern is available in the Knitter's Almanac or the Opininated Knitter by Elizabeth Zimmerman ot in a handout for a few dollars from Schoolhouse Press run by her daughter. It's easy and really a fun puzzle but totally different to knit then any other baby sweater.
